Networking
Do you ever feel isolated in private practice and wish you had a group of other therapists you could relate to, unwind with, or seek advice from?
It is not uncommon to feel isolated as a therapist and so often our aloneness is what leads to burnout in this field.
We need community and connection with people that really get it to help us stay charged.
I am Marissa. I began a private practice at the start of the pandemic and immediately noticed the needed positive impact of finding connection with other mental health professionals over the shared experience of isolation within this field.
Therapists in the Wild has numerous trainings, workshops, and resources to support you in building your community, referral list, and so much more!
That is why we created Therapists in the Wild. A resource created for therapists by therapists to undo aloneness and build community.
Happy Hours and Referral Building
The work and the stress is taken off of you when you attend one of our happy hours. We have conversation starters, cool venues with food and drink, and we build your referral lists for you! No need to worry about bringing your business card to our events, we get everyone's detailed practice information and send it out to each attendee. We also have a facebook group to stay in contact and ask questions about private practice and referrals.
Retreats
Self care at its finest with time in nature, yoga, mindfulness, and overall connection that feels recharging. We have done multiple retreats with WildSense Therapy in state parks in Colorado and mediation/forest bathing walks in Boulder County to help you connect with yourself, fellow therapists, and our beautiful Colorado landscape.
