Therapist Networking Event

  • Wild Provisions Beer Project 2209 Central Avenue Boulder, CO, 80301 United States (map)

Come celebrate the holidays and join us for our final networking event of 2024 with the goal of cultivating community, building your referral networks, and unwinding in good company! This event will be holiday themed and we encourage you to wear your favorite holiday sweater (or cardigan). This event is donation based and open to any psychotherapist or mental heath clinician looking for a fun, laid back way to connect with other therapists. After the event, as always, you will be sent out a referral list of all who attended to stay connected and support each others practices.

For this event we intend to keep the more structured event theme of “Speed Networking” due to positive feedback and how it gets everyone mingling with one another. With this structure, every person who attends will spend 6 minutes networking with another attendee to make sure we get to know all of our community that joins. We will have connection questions available to assist in conversation as needed and will have a bell to indicate the switch after the allotted networking time. After the “Speed Networking” we will have time for deepening into connection and hanging out as long as you like although the event will “officially” end at 7:30pm. Due to the more structured nature of the event please arrive on time to participate as we will start the “Speed Networking” promptly at 6:15pm. We plan to be meeting everyone inside the brewery (just left of the bar) and will have our own dedicated area to network and connect no matter the weather. Look for any updates for this event on our Facebook event page.

There is plenty of parking in the lot at Wild Provisions, but please allow yourself plenty of time to park and arrive on time. Wild Provisions has food available from the local food truck Corner Pizza and offers drinks including beer and non-alcoholic drinks available for purchase. Learn more about their offerings here! While this event is free to attend we highly encourage everyone to purchase something from the establishment as they have been so kind to host us and provide us the amazing private area to celebrate.

If you would like to bring a holiday donation of a warm coat Marissa will be donating these items to a local shelter in need following the event.

As a reminder a lot of effort goes into these events and they are donation based. If you are able to donate and support Therapists in the Wild it will help keep these events free and thriving.

We look forward to connecting with you and hope you join us!
