Come celebrate Leap Year join us for for our first networking event of 2024 with the goal of cultivating community, building your referral networks, and unwinding in good company! These events are donation based and open to any psychotherapist or mental heath clinician looking for a fun, laid back way to connect with other therapists. After the event, as always, you will be sent out a referral list of all who attended to stay connected and support each others practices.
This month we are doing things a little differently from previous events and the event will be much more structured. We plan to do “Speed Networking” or “Networking Leap-Frogging” (in the spirit of leap year) where every person who attends will spend 5 minutes networking with another attendee to make sure we get to know all of our community that joins. We will have connection questions available to assist in conversation as needed and will have a bell to indicate the switch after the allotted networking time. After the “Leap-Frogging” we will have time for deepening into connection and hanging out as long as you like although the event will “officially” end at 7:30pm. Due to the more structured nature of the event please arrive on time to participate as we will start the “Leap Frog” networking promptly at 6:15pm. We will post our exact location on our Facebook event page just before the event starts, and will have a sign so you can find us.
Parking at Rayback has filled up quickly in the past so please allow yourself plenty of time to park on the surrounding streets as needed. Additional free street parking can be found on Glenwood Ave, located a 5 min walk North of the Rayback. The West entrance is just off the Goose Creek multi-use path.
As a reminder a lot of effort goes into these events and they are always donation based. If you are able to donate and support Therapists in the Wild it will help keep these events free and thriving.
